Job Description
- Controller has to handle multiple clients independently
- Subject matter expert – GL & US GAAP
- Should have client management & relevant exposure
- Controller has to work with towers and should be the SIPOC for the client/VPF.
- Involve in account from the transition phase
- Get to understand the Client’s business
- Need to understand all processes AP , O2C and others
- Reporting requirements
- Critical thinking and to question on standard process so as to implementing best practices in the industry
- To act as the primary liaison for delivery with transition & implementation
- To identify areas for process improvements and to implement best practices that is being followed
- Problem-solving abilities
- Should identify gaps in the process and implement a requisite control mechanism
- Controller has to have strong analytical and organizational skills
- Controller must be result-oriented, and have a passion for change implementation
- Project management
- To work with different towers and make sure client deliverables are managed well.
- Be self-motivated and proactive requiring minimal supervision, and have strong leadership capabilities
- Controller must have exceptionally great communication skills both in written and verbal form
- Provide audit support to clients
- Detailed review and submission of financials to client.

Skill Sets:
- Excellent Communication skills (written & Verbal)
- Working experience in ERPs
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Expert knowledge of GAAP
- Strong Analytical abilities
- Working Knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Great interpersonal skills
- Client Management exposure
- Team management skills
- KPO relevant experience
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of relevant experience
Educational Background:
- CA/CPA/ICWA·
